Harpa Helgadóttir, PhD
Sjúkraþjálfari og sérfræðingur í stoðkerfisfræðum.
Harpa stofnaði bakleikfimina 1991 og kenndi til 1995 í Kramhúsinu.
Frá 1995-2002 var bakleikfimin i í Gáska sjúkraþjálfun en þá fluttist hún í Hreyfigreiningu að Höfðabakka 9 til 2008. Frá 2008-2020 var bakleikfimin í Heilsuborg, fyrst í Faxafeni og seinna að Höfða Bíldshöfða 9.
Bakleikfimin heitir nú Háls- og bakleikfimi Hörpu og er enn á Bíldshöfða 9 í Heilsuklasanum.
Bakleikfimi í sundlaug byrjaði árið 2002 í sundlaug Hrafnistu við Laugarás en fluttist í Grensáslaug þegar sundlauginni við Laugarás var lokað.
Haustið 2022 hófst svo kennsla í sundlauginni í Boðaþingi, Kópavogi.
Harpa kennir öllum hópum ásamt sterku liði sjúkraþjálfara.
Í mars 2020 byrjaði HÁLS- OG BAKSKÓLINN Í FJARÞJÁLFUN.

Er stofnandi Breiðu bakanna og hefur kennt bakleikfimi í Kramhúsinu, Gáska sjúkraþjálfun, Hreyfigreiningu og Heilsuborg síðan 1990.
